STROKE PSAs

Stroke is the number five killer in this country and is the leading cause of long-term disability. Immediate emergency medical treatment may greatly reduce long-term disability caused by stroke. This campaign aims to educate the public about the signs of a stroke and urge them to act quickly at the sudden onset of the signs to help prevent the devastating effects caused by stroke.

We team with millions of volunteers to fund innovative research, fight for stronger public health policies, and provide lifesaving tools and information to prevent, treat and beat stroke. Stroke PSAs and Supporting Assets

Paul George | Ad Council PSAs and Supporting Assets

The new PSAs blend images of a 6-year-old George with the present-day athlete. When Paul George was only 6 years old when his mom suffered a stroke at 37. The stroke left her practically bedridden for two years and today; she is partially paralyzed on her left side.

ASSETS AND ACCESS: The fully integrated multimedia campaign includes television, radio, print, billboard and web PSAs. All of these PSAs can only be placed within free media but cannot be altered due to our talent agreements. With any co-branding, we encourage Affiliate and local, Development and Communications staff to collaborate on approval of any free placement with another nonprofit or government agency. 

Media should access and download the materials digitally or order hard copies of the PSA assets from the Ad Council at psacentral.org.   

Please note the expiration date for the Paul George assets are 04/05/2017.
